Rugeley-based Practitioner

Welcome to The Light Within Mindfulness. I’m Kevin Wilson, a fully qualified mindfulness teacher and practitioner based in Rugeley.

I was introduced to mindfulness over 15 years ago and completed the MBCT 8‑week course in 2018. Since then, I practise regularly, and this ongoing commitment has deeply shaped both my personal and professional life. In 2025, I completed my teacher training with Mindfulness Now in Birmingham under the guidance of Nick Cooke.

My approach centres on cultivating present‑moment awareness to enhance overall well‑being. Through mindfulness practices, I aim to equip you with practical tools that support better mental health, improve sleep, lower blood pressure, and help with pain management. Many people find that learning to be mindful brings a greater sense of calm and clarity, helping them meet life’s challenges with resilience and confidence.
